Magazine: Dracula

Dracula is one of the most famous horror stories. It was written by Bram stoker in 1897.The story it's about a notary who travel to Transylvania. There he meet to count Dracula a strange character who wants to buy a large property on the outskirts of London.

This story have three main characters:

• Count Dracula: The great aristocrat from Central Europe is really a vampire who feeds on human blood
• Jonathan Harker: A young English notary in charge of selling a property to count Dracula. He doesn't know that Dracula is a monster/vampire.
• Mina: She is engaged to Jonathan and she is worried about his journey to Transylvania

Summary of Dracula

 The story starts when Jonathan Harker left London, and say to Mina that he is going to write a diary about his trip.

True to his promise Jonathan Starts to write down his impressions as his journey begins. 

Quan Jonathan arriba a un poble descobreix que la gent és molt supersticiosa.

Finally reaches the castle of Count Dracula, when it's tonight. here waiting for Count Dracula, who offers him a room to sleep.

The next morning Jonathan discovers that Dracula is a vampire mind that wants to suck your blood.But it is too late and can not escape because it is locked inside the castle.

Abraham "Bram" Stoker (8 November 1847 – 20 April 1912) was an Irish novelist and short story writer, best known today for his 1897 Gothic novel Dracula. During his lifetime, he was better known as personal assistant of actor Henry Irving and business manager of the Lyceum Theatre in London, which Irving owned.

The project that can change the world: Project glass

Google is now working to create a glasses-mobile that you can browse the web and do a lots of thinks so far only been seen in the movies.

What is Google's Project Glass?

Google's Project Glass is Google's attempt to make wearable computing mainstream, and it's effectively a smart pair of glasses with an integrated heads-up display and a battery hidden inside the frame.
Wearable computing is not a new idea, but Google's enormous bank account and can-do attitude means that Project Glass could well be the first product to do significant numbers.

IN MY OPINION
in my opiniont this is really amazing and in the future the people will live with this amazing tecnology that it's really amazing 

How would Greece leave the euro?

A "drachma" is an ancient Greek currency unit and translates as a "handful", which is a lot less than what Greece will need to pay off all its debts.


For two years, everyone has been asking what would happen if Greece left the euro and went back to the drachma.
Now that time may be upon us.
With Greece unable to devalue its currency, the country is hobbled with crippling debt payments it cannot afford.
Even though it has cut its debt in half, Greece has been subject to much social unrest as five years of recession and bailout-imposed spending cuts have bitten hard.


Greece is a victim of stocks markets, the people of Greece there are suffering a lot because a lot of people haven't got money for eat or for live in a house.


In my opinion now it's the time for ban stock markets because makes suffer a lot of innocent people when there are people that is winning a lot of money.

Write a review of a film

Battleship

I’d like to recommend a film which i have viewed recently, called Battleship. The director of the movie is Peter Berg.

This film is a drama and the setting is about a war between aliens and the people from the earth. At the beginning of the movie the main character's brother dies in the war fighting on a ship with aliens. At the end, the protagonist and the fighters of the 2nd world war fighters win the war and save the people from the earth.

The thinks I liked most about the film were the characters and the theme of the war into a ship. Some of the scenes are memorable because you see the friendship between soldiers from different nations like Japanese soldiers and soldiers from united states. At the beginning the soldiers were angry with the other and at the end, they become friends.

All in all, I really liked the film and it’s beautiful ending. It’s a funny movie and if you love movies about war you’ll love it.

I represent a group called 'Students against Nuclear Energy'. I am writing to you because we are concerned about plants to build a slaughterhouse in our area.
In our opinion, in slaughterhouses animals suffer a lot because they're being killed for food. The  slaughterhouses give a bad image about this town and make a lot of stink. We think that being vegetarian is a better alternative because it does not abuse animals.

Jordi - Hi, Albert have you got a minute?
Albert - Hello, Jordi What can i do for you?
Jordi - I'm doing a party rock for charity next week, i'm doing it with Pau, and we're looking for sponsors.
Albert - That's very good Jordi. What's it for?
Pau - It's for children charity.
Albert - Who  will buy food and cola?
Pau - Jordi you must buy it in the supermarket, and I will buy the rest, vodka and Valentine's.
Albert - Yes OK, It sounds like a good cause. i hope you finish it!
Jordi - I'm going to try!  Some friends are going to do it too.

The titanic

100 years after the titanic tragedy, the world's most famous ship still fascinates us. This April, discover the legend in the new 3D version of jame's cameron's film Titanic 3D.

What was the titanic?

The titanic was the largest passenger ship in the world when it was built in 1912 in Belfast, Northern isreland. It was a little floating town with passengers from all social classes. Third class passengers paid three pounds to eight for one-way ticket to America. First class passengers paid 30 pounds.

Inside the titanic

The titanic was a luxury ship. Rich passengers paid 865 for a suite decorated in elegant styles. There was also the famous Grand staircase which is in the film Titanic too.

Personal opinion

 In my opinion the titanic is now one of the youngest legends about ships. In this story a lot of people die, it's true but today with the movies it isn't real.
